Hello! Also, Help!!

So I love this app, even more so now that under amour is apart of it. So the wifey and me are on a low carb kick, and I'm technically trying to do a modified version by doing lower calorie as well. All I've accomplished is plateau weight and random boughts of violent post work binge eating. I work a lot and mostly desk job stuff. Could use some advice and friends to keep me accountable. I've always joked that myfitness pal needed a "Ate like crap" option for the day, but it's not a joke anymore.
