Has anybody heard of or tried intermittent fasting? Understand you eat less than the calories you need and then you eat two Has anybody heard of or tried it? From what I understand you need your calorie deficit and then your first meal is going to be at 12 noon your next meal will be between 7 and 8 PM however the goal would be to fast in between meals. Has anyone had any success doing this?

There's no benefit in terms of cals in vs cals out, but some people prefer it for satiety purposes. There's also some claims/ theories that it has its health and internal benefits, but not proven.0

I sort of do it naturally. I always have been a one-big-meal-per-day person, and typically I go at least 14 hours of the day without any food, then have a very small lunch (usually two granola bars or something), a large dinner about five hours later, and then a light snack a few hours later. I don't stick to any rigorous schedule, as I said it's just the way I naturally tend to eat.0

I don't eat small meals. I do different variations of it.0
