I'm not sure which code I should be entering. Does anyone out there have a perfect portion scale from bed bath and beyond? I broiled an organic half sirloin steak and I'm not sure how many servings I should eat. It reads 1 serving is 120 calories for a 3 oz steak 84g. Does this mean the whole steak is 220 cal?

Meat should be weighed before cooking, then enter the measured number of grams onto the log. Don't go by servings, go by weight.0

Ty I appreciate your help. So, weigh on the scale uncooked then login the grams on my fitness pal.0
