Motivation over the holidays?

Hi everyone, I am a 30 'something' teacher school teacher from England. Just joined mfp but have been on and off exercising for a year now. Does anyone want to work together to stay motivated over the holidays (and into the new year)? My biggest struggles are not snacking and sometimes making excuses for the gym. My goal is to lose 17lbs in 2-3
months... If your goals are similar and/or you'd like a lighthearted person to keep accountable/ share ideas together- definitely let me know. Thanks :)
