meatless proteins

Hi! Does anyone have suggestions for some filling meatless protein meals ? My fiance is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I'd like to add some meatless meals into our rotation that are tasty but still satiating. Thanks!

    It might be best to "hide" the meatlessness of your meals for a while till he gets used to it. I would start with:
    Chili with kidney beans, black beans, and lots of veggies
    Veggie stir fries with black bean noodles
    Quiche with cheese, broccoli, peppers
    Spaghetti with meatless sauce
    Spinach and cheese lasagna
    Breakfast for dinner - eggs, toast, hashbrowns, sautéed veggie hash, fruit
    Pizzas or wraps loaded with sautéed veggies
    Soups, stews, and pastas can easily be adapted to being meat free.

    Make sure you're using lots of veggies, rice, lentils, beans, eggs, nuts, quinoa and so on to make your meals filling and still give you protein.
