It's been 2 years since my diabetic melt down, and I've went from the 260 range to present day 213 and I'm just getting started! Very excited about life! How about you?

@douglasjackson welcome to MFP forums.
It sounds like you are nailing it. While I started very late in life I finally over a year ago started to eat to regain lost health. 14 months later my health is much improved just from changing my Way Of Eating and walking a quarter of a mile daily which was a chore 14 months ago.
Best of continued success.0 -
