Help! Calories in 1 Bisquick waffle, egg whites + nonfat milk

I've been bedeviled in trying to figure out exactly how many calories are in a single Bisquick Belgian waffle, using nonfat milk and egg whites. On MFP, I've been seeing estimates that range from 200 per waffle all the way up to over 400.
Can anyone help clarify? Appreciated.

The best way to figure out how many calories it is would be to weigh out the mix and the egg whites, measure the milk, then enter those numbers into the recipe builder0

Hey thanks! I used the recipe builder and it worked like a charm.
So, with a slight twinge of sadness, I found out that even with my low-fat, low-calorie tweaks, a Bisquik Belgian waffle is more like 400+ calories per waffle rather than the lower numbers. Not that I'm quitting my waffle habit anytime soon.
However, I am able to bring down the calorie number somewhat by substituting Carbquik for Bisquick.0
