Hello everyone!

I am Charli. I am hoping to lose weight with keeping track of my intake here. I am also trying to get back into running more consistently. I have a 5K in April and May and would love some day to do a 10K and a half marathon. I would love to hear from anyone with suggestions or support. I really just need someone to follow me around and slap bad food out of my hands and to yell at me to get running. Ha ha!
