Hi All!
Not new to app but new to the community side.
I'm Jase, 41 and based in the uk. Always done some form of exercise or martial arts over the years but made lots of excuses not to commit fully and keep at it all.
Had a wonderful journey to this point and met lots of great folks and awesome experiences.
Was returning from a gap of a few years training and got whacked by measles of all things, ended up in hospital and I'm just getting my immune system back on track after nearly 3 years!
Started Crossfit a few years back but again life's got in the way and I struggled to maintain my training. Soo now focused and back at it (although have a sodding flu like cold now grrr).
Started to eat a ketogenic diet 17 days ago, seeing great results without training yet and can't wait to get back to it.
Goals already in place for the coming year
Get compitent at Crossfit and enter a competition.
Get a six pack (always wanted one and never quite got it) 2016 is the year.
Get more miles on the mountain bike.
Run a 10k.
