Let's start with the basics ...
    How old are you?
    What do you currently weigh?
How many calories do you eat a day?
How are you calculating that number?

The only person you should depend on is you. That would be asking a lot for someone to stand by you 24/7. What happens if they are pulled away, what will you do? Motivation comes from within. Read this!!

    You can do this!!

@Baby43204 I had the same issue as you talk about but I am much older than you so what stopped my cravings may not work for you. I could/would not stop eating every night. I really tired I thought but without fail was back to stuffing my face.

I quit all forms of grains and most all forms of sugars cold turkey last year. The cravings started to fade in two weeks. After four weeks my my joint and muscle pain really decreased. After 6 weeks the weight loss started but I was losing inches even when the scales were not moving down.

My body must to have needed to do some healing before the weight loss started.

We are all different but now you have the story of what has worked for this old man starting in Oct 2014 and still is working today to remove food cravings and start my health to recovering.

    Best of success.
