How do I add my daily exercise when using the Insanity BeachBody workout video? It's not on the exercise list.

    Because I don't own an HRM or use FitBit or anything, I typically log an exercise that's similar. For example, I play Xbox Kinect Sports daily but I log it as light/moderate calisthenics. Hopefully someone else has a better answer, but that's just what I do :smile:
