-Plan your breakfast before you get up so your excited about the day
- if you wake up earlier then usual do a short work out . It will encourage you to eat healthy for the rest of the day!!

    Great tips. but if i get up earlier than I planned I'm going back to sleep. lol I just can't do those early morning workout during the week!!!
