Water Weight on BC

It's annoying how people judge. I eat mostly prepackaged food- not things you need to measure, but based on how many units you're eating. Not weighing my food doesn't mean "I don't know how many calories I'm eating." It means I don't eat enough food that needs to be weighed for a food scale to be relevant to me.
For those of you who told me I need to weigh foods in a polite way, kudos. For those of you who told me in a you're-so-stupid-of-course-this-is-the-only-reason way, your comments weren't helpful, they just made me feel bad and not supported at all but looked down on. Kudos.
It's sad because I knew everyone would obsess over that and jump on it as the #1 reason I can't lose.
I think people's frustration with the issue of weighing does come out as pretty rude sometimes but they are right. Take a single portion pack of cookies, like the 100 cal oreos. The package will state the serving size, let's say they claim 28g per serving. You eat it at face value, but I weigh it. Turns out there was 30g in the package.
So what everyone is saying is that my log is closer to 100% accuracy and the argument is if you don't know for 100% certain because you checked it yourself, then you really DONT know exactly how much you're eating. Sure, 2g probably doesn't add up to much. But what if EVERY package is this way?
Try not to take it personally because I'm sure no one means it to be hurtful. They are all trying to help, and if you're not losing the first place to look is your own intake accuracy, no your birth control pill. I have been on them my whole adult life, weight goes up and down with my eating habits. I retain water the week of my period and that's about it. Just don't go thinking that because they're rude and blunt that they're wrong: they aren't.0 -
Very small things can add up to a bunch more calories during the day. Like butter on your bread, just a dash of olive oil in your food, estimating the amount of salad dressing, a little bit of honey in your tea, not to mention the milk in your coffee.. Also slices of cheese can have very different calories depending on the weight. These are things I've noticed myself - I sometimes leave out (of my calorie count) the margarine I put on my bread because the smallest amount I can imagine putting on mine already makes up about 80 calories. So that would be 80 calories less food for me for the day, and that's why I don't always count it... But then again, I definitely don't lose weight every single week, and I think this is exactly why. The solution would be weighing absolutely everything (and not leaving it out of my diary ), so... you may have to look into it.0

you dont lose weight every week because weight loss isnt linear so there will be some weeks you dont lose anything and others you may gain a little(weight fluctuates all the time),you may even hit a plateau, even if you weigh everything and log everything correctly, doesnt mean you will lose weight every week, I wish that were true lol. but all you can do is weigh everything and log it correctly and go from there.0
