Lomein with Soba noodles

28.50 oz (112g), Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp, Peanut Oil Enriched With Vitamin E
Cut into bite size pieces, sautee in skillet in Peanut Oil until done. Put into dish and set aside.
Add to skillet:
4.60 oz, Orange bell pepper (1 medium)
8 oz, Broccoli (1 1/3 small crowns)
1 tbsp nakano rice vinegar
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Sautee until starting to become tender. (3 min est)
Add to skillet
2.50 clove (3 g), Garlic Clove - minced
0.50 cup(s), Peppers, jalapeno, raw - diced
3.50 oz(s), Onions, raw - diced
Cook for another minute
Add to skillet:
10 ounce, Napa Cabbage, Raw
2 tbl, nakano rice vinegar
2 tbsp, Lite Soy Sauce
0.50 tsp(s), Spices - Salt, table
1 tsp, Spices - Pepper, black
0.67 cup, Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth Corrected
Cover and let cabbage begin to wilt.
While this is going on, prepare in microwave per directions:
2 pouches of Soba Stir-fry Noodles
When this done, add noodles to the skillet and toss. Cook for another few minutes. Divide into 5 portions.
(Next time I may divide noodles to containers before mixing, then add the rest with the juice after)
