In need of supportive and positive friends!

Hello everybody,
About a year ago I tried MFP for the first time and I was doing really well until depression hit from losing my dad and I fell off the wagon, ending up gaining back twice what I had lost. I do still believe MFP is an amazing tool though and now I'm back to lose the 110 lbs I have to lose (with 9lbs already gone), I feel I have finally dealt with my grief and I am now ready for this life change.
I would love to have friendly and supportive MFP friends so we can all support one another during our journeys. Watching and cheering for other people's successes helps to keep me motivated and inspired.
If you'd like, please go ahead and add me!
Thank you

Hi Likichina
So sorry to hear about your pa. I lost my dad almost 4 years ago and often in hard or sad times I self medicate, but I did manage to get fit and healthy not long after. (Not that I have any tips but I'm definitely friendly and encouraging!)
I've been using MFP on and off for a few years. Keep coming back to it every now and then when I need motivation so I'm literally back this week and hopefully we can help each other out?
