BIA Body Fat Testing

Hey Team!
I was wondering if anyone on here has any advice when it comes to the BIA body fat testing methods?
I am wanting to find out what time of the day it is best to weigh in using one of these machines to show the least amount of Body Fat?
Currently I have found on my own scales (that measure BF) that in the morning in my resting dehydrated state (straight out of bed) that my BF is around 42.3% but after a hard day and two work outs and a lot of water I sit at 38% (Please don't judge!! Working on this).
So based on this... I think it's best to weigh in after rehydrating myself?? say mid day?
I have done some research and there are some interesting studies but a lot of them are very complicated and I am just a beginner so I do not understand.
Reason being I am in a biggest loser comp and our final weigh ins are on Thursday. There is only a small % in it currently between 1st, 2nd and 3rd and $1000 for the winner... I want this money!
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Completely unreliable.
I mean your own tests prove it - you clearly don't fluctuate +/- 4-5% body fat in less than a day's time.0 -
If you are trying to have the largest percentage lost, I would do my initial weigh-in in the morning and ending weigh-in later in the day after rehydrating. It seems like that would be the best way to cheat do it0

The secret to zero fluctuation, is do it first thing in morning after you pee/poop. Then because what causes the fluctuation is the amount of water between skin and contacts, take a small squirt bottle of water and thoroughly spray the contacts on the scale. This give you a constant, good, contact, and your results will no longer be jumping all over the place.0
