Recipe: few ingredients. Crisp yet soft.
Olive oil t tbsp
Salmon 400g
1 broccoli (400g)
1 Can of tomatoes
Water, pepper.
Fry salmon on pan in olive oil. As tiny flat buns.
Chop, then dampen or boil broccoli in tomatoes and water. Add pepper.
Voilá. You now gotten a healthy food. If you have more ingredients add lemon, sunflower seeds and mayonaise.
Its not the best taste, the broccoli stew, but the texture: Crisp yet soft.
What do nyou think? Honestly.

It sounds like a nice start but pretty bland to me. I would probably add garlic, onion and seasonings.
Something like these salmon stew recipes sound tastier-
