Anyone here using one with the Power Rods? Just installed mine yesterday.

    Waste of money in my opinion. I'm only at a 190 bench and can already max out the rods for both chest and back exercises. Plus the range of motion is atrocious, it's very generic with little room for adjustments; also your options for exercises are fairly limited. Saving money and buying a 1 year all inclusive gym pass is a much better use of said funds.
