Treadmill upstairs?

I'm having a treadmill being delivered tomorrow. I have a basement but i'd rather have it on the 2nd floor of my house.

Do any of you have one on the 2nd floor? Does it get that noisy downstairs when someone is running?

It's going to be noisy and irritating for those below. But you can set it up and see how bad it is. If you have to move it, just count it as more exercise.
