    Plug your details into MFP, sert it to lose 1lb a week (because you don't have much to lose), eat the calorie goal it tells you, along with about 50% of your exercise cals.

    That said how much have you lost so far? What were you doing? Why do you need advice now? Have you stalled? What are you finding difficult

    Last few pounds should be taken slow, say 0.5lbs per week and you should focus on learning maintenance because that is how you'll be eating for life ...well that plus an extra 250 cals which is what? A couple of slices and toast and butter?
