Ok so I have lost over 100 pounds by changing my diet. I still have alot to lose and have recently been given the ok by my doc to start walking. I have been exercising a littile while now and I never eat back my exercise calories. So here is the problem.....since I started exercising (all I am doing is walking on a treadmill for now)....I have gained weight. Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. When you start a new exercise regime your body retains water to repair your muscles. It'll be gone soon.
