Frozen salmon fillets

When weighing them to match the serving size on the package, do i weigh them frozen or thawed?

The kind I purchase says a serving size is one filet and they are individually packaged. Yes, I can see there is some size discrepancy but the calories are so low in salmon that I figure it equals out in the end. So I doubt weigh individually packaged frozen filets.

If I was to weigh, I would weigh the thawed filet.

Do you know what mfp taught me? That frozen weighs the same as thawed. I don't know how but when I tested it, it was true!
