Take a Pic of yourself

Although I'm new on this journey I was thinking about what can keep me motivated. Many of us look great with our clothes on, however, we may have on a girdle, spanx etc.. and become depressed when we remove them. SO I suggest taking a PICTURE of your "problem area" NO FILTER and look at it every time you get the urge to EAT the wrong things, don't feel like exercising, or just quitting all together.YOU ARE YOUR MOTIVATION!
