Question about smoothies

I love them. I love spinach smoothies with fruit it in, they really fill me up, and it's a great way to get a serving of fruits and veggies.
But I notice that with some smoothies, I go over my sugar for the day, but if it's natural sugar because it's coming from fruits, is it really something I should be overly concerned about?
Thanks all! Healthy eating!!

Unless you have a medical reason to watch sugar specifically (diabetes, etc), then there's no need to be concerned...with the caveat that 'going over' on sugar isn't so drastic that it's causing you to significantly miss protein and fat minimum requirements.0

Yep! Forget the fruit! Make nice GREEN smoothies! Lots less sugar!0
