So I have a question. Are those Atkins meal supplement bars/shakes/etc....
Do those even work? I tried Googling information on it, but the reviews I got seemed as if they were posted by employees working at Atkins. I'm not doing the Atkins diet, but I ran into them the other day. Anyone have any insights on these products? Is it just one of those big corporate things where they try to milk the brand name?

What do you mean by "work"? What are you expecting them to do?

I'm sure they contain pretty close to the listed calories and macro & micro nutrients, which would be added to the rest of your daily intake if you eat one.

But in and of themselves, they don't do anything more or less than that.

Some of them are pretty tasty so they "work" if you mean that. I have bought some just as a supplement when I need more protein or a quick snack.

I have eaten an Atkins bar or two at some point when they were on clearance. The taste was ok and it curbed my craving for chocolate for the moment. o:) However, there are tastier bars out there, like Quest bars...
