Hi, im new to the group. Im excited to see everyone trying to make a difference in life as far as health goes.

Welcome! You've come to the right place.
The most popular "diet" here is CICO (calories in vs. calories out). Just measure and log the portions of food you eat and stay within MFP calorie recommendations.
