I did 20 minutes of Kettle bell workout yesterday and I did not know how to enter that into MFP diary. Can anybody help me with that?
Thanks,

strength training or maybe circuit training? That may work.. I don't really know what a kettle bell workout is though..

EKarma, thank you for your reply. I took your suggestion and I will be using circuit training.

Kettlebell is like a dumbbell except it has a handle on it. I did it yesterday for 15 minutes (a trainer in the gym showed me 5 basic moves) and it really kicked my butt. I am sore all over today. I am planning todo this 3 days a week for next 3 to 4 weeks to see how it affects my weight.

I also log my kettle bell workout in as circuit training but I incorporate the kettle bells into my routine, hence making it a circuit. If you are doing just low impact, slow movements you might want to just log it in under the strength training section as lifting weights. Just a thought! You don't want to log in more exercise calories then you actually did.

What I did was like a circuit. I picked 5 exercises and did them one by one without rest. Took a small break to drink water and repeated 3 more times. I did not count the warm up prior to the WO. So, I think circuit training fits the description.
    Thanks,
    Padma.
