Ok so Im back at the same weight as Jan this year yo young as usual BUT put on 10 inches all over diff parts . I'm 5ft5 200lb and want 60lb off before August . Slim world put weight on ! I'm 45 that doesn't help . How many cals a day to lose weight coz 1000 a day isn't working . I've now recruited a personal trainer but can only afford twice a week. Have desk job too . Advice would be appreciated

    Are you saying you were eating 1000 calories per day and not losing?

    That's highly unlikely with your stats.

    Are you weighing your food? Did you enter your info on MFP and get a calorie goal?

    What is Mashec? I am 5'4" and 10 years older than you. I would fall over if I only ate 1000 calories per day! Any medical conditions happening?

    Agreed.
    1000 is far too little, so you'd be losing weight with your stats. Do you eat lots of salty foods? If you're not weighing your foods, then you're quite possibly eating maybe 600 cals more than you think.
