Hey everyone! I hope you all have a happy holidays I'm a fitness maniac and have been since I have started losing weight I went from 220 to 143 with iOS and downs and still working on my goals and it all started from walking to running to the gym eating right and now a beachbody coach so if anyone in interesting in trying something new in their daily routine let me know :) I find success comes from disciple and motivation
