What should my calorie intake be?

Hi all,
So, I was maintaining my weight and was eating 1200-1300 calories and working out 3 days a week. I took 3 months break from working out and basically now I'm sort of starting back. My question would be how much calorie should I be intake on the days I work out and the days I don't.
I am between 100-104 lbs. I'm not trying to lose weight but I'm trying to lose body fat. 2-3%. I have a trainer and I do workouts between weight lifting and cardio, varies each day.
