Tired of yo-yo weightloss

Hi everyone...I'm not exactly new to MFP but this is the first time I have been active other than logging my food. I've been overweight a large portion of my life starting when i had my oldest child who is now 16. I lost 45 lbs that of which I have now gained 15 of that back. I never reached my goal weight and still have 70 lbs to lose. After watching several YouTube videos I now think I have equipped myself with some of the tools and know how to stop the yo-yo weightloss and just lose weight for good. Any accountability buddies are welcomed
