This is my first time attempting calorie counting as wt loss method. I'm excited but a bit confused at the same time! Any helpful tips are more than welcome Are there things I need to stop eating or just cut back on portions? I was looking at low calorie recipe books and they sound helpful so will definitely look in to that but please help me out with some beginner tips , thank you !

WElcome! I use portion control and have cut way back on my sugar and fat intake along with ensuring that I get some type of exercise in for at least 20 minutes a day. I think you have to figure out what works for you and stick to that. Everyone will have their input, but you have to really figure out what works for you. Happy logging:)0
