Hi! I'm new to MFP but not to fitness issues. I've lost ~15 kg in the past and put it all back. I am determined to lose it again (and keep it off) but I struggle to keep up the motivation, especially since I live (and eat meals) with a person who needs to gain weight, so each meal includes desserts etc. I hope to find here the well needed motivation and advice from others who may have similar challenges!
