Hello my name is Sarah or you can call me Tabi. I'll start off by saying that I'm on Fitnesspal so I could start a new lifestyle. i have been pretty much overweighht my whole life and i'm tired of giving up. I have tried so many diets and weight loss programs but none were right for me. One day my doctor had told me I was over weight and that my back has a nerve that could be damaged If I don't lose the weight. I didn't want to live my life feeling pain in my back, I'm only 18 years for crying out loud.So I began to start this journey about a week ago, I have began to work out to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and began to eat clean. I feel like I can finally do this!, I stay very motivated by people all over the world who have struggled to lose weight and accomplished it. However, I know that I can do this! I just need to give it my all to lose 60 lbs. right now I haven't weighed myself but I know that last time I was 180. lbs. Guys I really need the motivation and tips from you .I hope I could be of any help during your weight loss journey. Please add me and I'll do the same c:

    Welcome! Having a good group of active friends on MFP has really helped me (lost 42lbs with another 20lbs or so to go). Feel free to add me!

    Hi Sarah - kudos to you for your determination to start anew! I'm in the same boat in that I will need friends to help me stay on track and not to get discouraged. Let's be happy losers together!
