Bikini Body Bootcamp- Kayla Itsines

Hello MFP!
Has anyone successfully completed the BBG program?
If so, what tips do you have to maintain successfull and to attain the best results?

I tried it once, got to six weeks, and lost it.
Im back for round two- so far so good thanks to MFP meal logging. :)

    I did 2 rounds and will start another next week. You need to keep doing it to see results. Everyone is different and food is a huge part of getting where you want. I know and saw it that about 24 to 36 weeks will show the most progress. Good luck! Love BBG!!
