Greetings, I understand that advice here is simply thoughts and opinions. So what are your thoughts on supplements (prescription or natural) that increase testosterone? I've heard the recent reports that "Low-T" can be harmful and even some that say it is natural. Thoughts - opinions.......

Have you been diagnosed with low T levels, or did you read a WebMD article and align yourself with the symptoms?

If you've been diagnosed, you should have the conversation with your doctor and perhaps consider TRT.

First things first... Low test is your assumption or it is clinically proven?
Legal / over the counter supplements (test boosters) are just not worth it - a scam.... waste of money.
Other types - conversation would become long and not sure if it would remain posted for long...

Make sure you're getting optimum fat intake in your diet as well.

Often it's not lack of testosterone so much as it an excess of Estrogen. Start by being sure you do not consume any soy products!
