Old Habits are dying HARD

I've been on a strict diet for about a week now.
I've lost about 7 lbs just from cutting out pop, but I'm starting to crave the bubbly goodness. I really want to stick to my diet and not give into temptation.
How do you kick your old habits?

I don't. If it fit's into your calories then you can have some.. If you stop yourself from having completely you are more likely to indulge in large amounts

I've had 3 pieces of Christmas candy today and 3 cookies. If I stop now, I'll be under goal today (I've pre-logged lunch and dinner). You and I can both do this. My weakness is candy and cookies. Since I was over about 850 yesterday it's crunch time. If you can fit the soda into your calories, have the glass. If you're on a low number of calories like me (1200), junk fool really takes away from good nutritional food.

Have a diet soda...or fit a full-calorie soda into your daily calories.

...or Perrier water. I haven't given up that bubbly goodness and it's worked for me so far.

Yep, either flavored (calorie free) carbonated water or diet soda / pop. Nothing wrong with either of those things and they should satisfy the craving.
