Meal Prepping

I am seeking information on how others are able to prep their meal for the week. I am a working mom and I find it so hard to plan and prep. What recipes do you recommend for bfast, snack and lunch? Any suggestion would help

I usually set a date with myself for Sunday afternoons. I cook my meals for the week. Breakfast is usually an egg white and turkey bacon bake with onions and peppers and fat free cheese. I make them like muffins so it's easy to take with me. Some days though I just have oatmeal and a protein shake. Lunch is usually baked fish, brown rice and spinach and I put them in individual containers and i add snacks 1 and 2 (greek yogurt and apple with peanut butter usually). I don't meal prep dinner though because my hubby cooks dinner.

Several options - I cook in advance rice, chicken and some sort of legumes that will last for 2 or 3 days.
Wash and have all greens ready to assemble for 2 / 3 days.
    Bake potatoes in the AM.
Alternatively - I grill 500 grams of diced chicken breast, once cooked I throw in 1 spoon of olive oil, onion, garlic and different type of vegetables along with 1 sweet potato. Last me for 2 / 3 meals during the day.
Snacks? Fruit, dairy products... what ever fits my macros!

    I meal prep on Sundays.
It really all depends on what you like and can eat.
I cook basically cook lunch (my biggest meal of the day) for the entire week.

Breakfast is normally 1 egg, 1/2c. egg whites and 1/2 c. oatmeal.

Lunch is always a protein, vegetable and sometimes a starch.

Dinner is my lightest meal of the day... salmon with eggs or a protein shake.

    feel free to add me.
