Healthier, low-calorie take-out options?

I know what some of y'all are thinking: TAKEOUT/FAST FOOD ISN'T HEALTHY GIRL...I want Chinese Take-out tonight, but I don't know what to get! :( I want something low in calories(400 calories or under) and good. What would you recommend?
+I don't eat pork or beef
+It doesn't have to be fried(healthier, is better)

    They often have steamed meat and veggies options. To be fair though, I only had it once and the chicken was horrible, so I'd go with shrimp, lol.

    But frankly, for the same amount of calories, I'd make something tastier at home instead, but that's just me, lol.
