The Mediterranean ( so a normal balanced diet were you eat it all but moderation is the key) is the real deal0

I particularly like the emphasis on changing goals around incorporating healthier options into your eating plan rather than focusing on going without.

Yeah good trick just like prepping all your veggies and fruit and put them in-front in the fridge and the more dense calorie items in the back of the fridge.
For some people a good habit. And when kids are around even better lol0 -
