Let's do this! Jump start on 2016

Hey all,

Time for me to get a jump start on 2016's fitness goals!! I've always found the hardest part of becoming fit is sticking to a program and consistently working out. I'm no expert but I have a pretty good knowledge on eating well and working out. Happy to make some online training buddies and share stories, ideas and tips. All types of Age, gender, current fitness level or goal welcome.

I'm currently 25, weigh 95kg or 209lb and would be classed as skinny fat. I'm a big fan of lifting weights with cardio added in the mix. Feel free to add me :)
