Hi there!
I'm Georgina, very briefly. I'm a plasterer and home decorator in the UK
I've recently put about 2 stone on due to stress and wonky hormones... And a bit of comfort eating! Plus I gave up smoking 6 months ago! That I'm very happy about.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I've bought a Fitbit, as well as my very physical job I walk 2 miles a night, working up to 2-4 as the nights get lighter and have a very loyal dog helping along the way. He also makes me walk about 10 miles at the weekend.
I'm veggie/vegan I have a huge problem with certain foods so I'm looking to cut out gluten gradually.
I'm doing the fast 5:2 diet - but still watching what I eat on the 5 normal days. I'm hoping to change my relationship with food, rather than say I'm dieting.
