What's a better name than "cheat meal"?

Does it have to have a name? I don't give my "cheat meals" a name. I suppose people like giving it a name to distinguish it from days where their calories are lower. No matter what I do now I do it with maintenance in mind. People who maintain a healthy weight naturally do so without making any distinctions between higher and lower calorie days, they're just all part of their day to day life that fluctuate and alternate based on appetite, plans and other factors. I feel if I normalize food in my mind, be it high or low calorie (while still being aware of the calorie content) I stand a better chance at having a happier, normal and nearly effortless maintenance where I don't overthink food.
I suppose some of the higher calorie days do have names like Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year...etc.0
