Restuarant app?

I read, heard, or dreamed about a new "restaurant app" that will make logging restaurant meals easier. I seem to have trouble finding this app and, therefor, an unable to use it. Could someone help me out on this?

    Just yesterday I opted out of the restaurant menu addition to the MFP app. It was in the latest app update.

    The location services portion of the app will consume additional battery power and I very seldom eat in any chain restaurants. Even when traveling I always seek out small mom and pop restaurants that wouldn't be in the MFP database anyhow.
