Would you please suggest some weight exercises for arms?

    why? you want bigger guns? just lift heavy and eat tons of food. full body strength template and arms focused twice a week. pick any arm exercise from bodybuilding.com. pick about 5 and do them as heavy as you can till about 8-12 reps. don't forget food, you must eat it you want to grow. few months and your arms will start to pop.
