Greetings, y'all.
I lost 5 lbs a few months ago when I was sick for a couple days . Decided to try to keep it off, so I adjusted my eating slightly. I also increased my activity about that time (cleaning a preschool).
Today I am 19 lbs lighter. I was 234. I'd like to continue and reach 180. A friend recommended MFP. I also want to tone up, and improve my overall health.
I am a 54 year old male tired of breathing hard when I tie my shoes, trying to add some meaningful activity in an already busy schedule, and would enjoy some support and camaraderie from the like-minded.
