Low Carb- Need Motivation!

I've been at a plateau with my weight for about a month now. I am very careful about eating to my 'diet'. Anyone else living the low carb life have motivational comments or advice?!

I'm trying hard to stick with 100 healthy grams of carb per day. Today I did 133. Be careful with a high protein/very low carb that us not doctor-supervised. It can cause kidney damage in some individuals. With 1200 calories per day, there is no room for junk. I haven't had wheat in a long time. I have lost 3.5 lbs in the past week. Thank goodness for my very full fall/winter garden!0

I am considering seeing a nutritionist, just to confirm that I am not doing damage to my body. Weight loss is s struggle for me, even when I am eating right and working out.0
