Hi there, my name is Jackie! I have been struggling with weight loss almost for my whole life. I was once super active: I did Zumba daily, joined a group fit camp plus personal training but I wasn't really watching what I ate. I did lose some weights, but it gained back quickly when I stopped being active. So now here I am, after 2 years being a lazybutt, I am back! I joined a local fitness gym to do circuit training 4 to 5 times per week and I also do hot yoga 2 to 3 times a week. Although I learned that hot yoga isn't really for weight loss, I love it! I try very hard to watch carefully what I intake and make healthy diet decision. My goal this year is to lose 40 pounds. I am now 175lbs and 5'6". Wish me luck!
I am up for any fitness buddy and be motivated to each other, being fit doesn't have to be a lonely journey
