My New Journey for 2016

My New Journey for 2016 is to eat more healthier and drink less soda and more water which I'm currently working on and also to work out somehow everyday and not make excuses and that includes logging every meal and no cheat days and I know I can do it just need to keep my mind on my new journey that I want to finish by this time next year. My current Exercise is Walking between 5-8 miles a day and for around 2 hours and I'm also going to start going back to the gym and include that as well and what ever I can do at home as well. I'm hoping by this time next year I can be down to 160 or below and I know I can do it I've already lost almost 30 pounds in one year's time. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I can always use new friends.

    Lets do this !!! New years reaolution for me is the same. 2016 is my year and by 2017 i hope to lose 80-100 pounds
    A year to do it i think is possible !!!

    You cut out sodas and you'll loose weight just with that variable. So many extra unwanted calories in soda.

    Doesn't do much for the satiety perspective either. Drinking your calories is always a bad idea unless you want to gain weight.
