My name is Aubrey and I'm on what seems like my never ending weight loss journey. I gained a ton of weight years ago due to apathy of the thyroid caused by medication. What once was a 160 pound me, grew to a 570 pound me in no time. I managed to get down to about 440 on my own, mostly quitting the medicine caused my body shock and I shed weight like crazy while also eating reasonably healthy meals. I'm now back at it. In the morning, I will start taking phentermine for the first time. I am a little nervous, but I really think this is going to be worth it. This is just a step before surgery, it would be great if surgery wasn't necessary, but due to disability, and obviously weight, too much movement isn't realistic. I really just want to be the best me I can be. Nice to meet everyone.
